RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a store credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.

If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item, contact us at hello@solitaclothing.com with images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 30 days of receiving your order. 

 

RETURNS 

We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. We will provide a credit note valid for 3 years upon your items return.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 21 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. 

Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty. No hand delivered returns will be accepted.

   

SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS

Sale items are eligible for a credit note for the amount of your purchase. If you wish to exchange for an item at full price or a higher price, then the price difference will be at your discretion. This includes any sale items, items purchased using any promotional codes or items purchased during a promotional period. Please select items during promotional/sale periods carefully to avoid any disappointments. 

 

SWIMWEAR

All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that have had hygiene stickers removed or are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please email us at hello@solitaclothing.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by our staff. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

 

COST OF RETURNS

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed by us. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues. 

 

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?

Return your item(s) to the address provided on your returns form or via email. We will not be held liable for any item(s) returned to a wrong address or not received via post. Hand delivered returns will not be accepted. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE TIMELINE

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and email you with a credit note. All credit notes will be sent via email so please be sure to double check your email address.
